On procrastination.

Procrastination is the fruit of fear because fear is a paralyzer.

It stops momentum and forward movement.

Fear can also birth courage. Because courage cannot exist without the presence of fear.

Courage is like when you are faced with fear, but you don't panic.

When you've created a worry habit, it's easy to move into fretting which can escalate to panic... to panic attacks... to anxiety attacks.

As you begin to train your thoughts on goodly things, things true, things beautiful, things praiseworthy, you will begin to sooth your soul.

And when faced with adversity you won't collapse or panic. But you can breathe... And stand.

Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

Philippians 4:8
